Had my first haircut today at Mason James Hair with Mason, and I’m honestly blown away. I hadn’t had my hair touched in about 6 months, so getting it right really mattered to me. Mason took the time to properly understand what I wanted, asked the right questions, and didn’t rush a single part of the process. That level of care instantly set him apart. I did my research before booking because I was looking for a hairdresser I could stick with long-term and that decision absolutely paid off. I couldn’t be happier with the haircut, the overall experience, or the team. The salon itself is a total vibe, the staff are welcoming and professional, and the results speak for themselves. Easily the best hairdresser in the Hills and well deserving of all the praise. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of coming in to get my hair coloured for the first time and I spoke to Marcia on the phone and made me feel so reassured. I came in and met her and Jeanette and they were so lovely getting my hair coloured for the first time is a big decision for me and I’m so glad I trusted Mason James Hair. They helped me pick the right colour and gave me the best hair transformation of my life. Thank you to the wonderful Georgia who coloured my hair amazingly and Emma who gave me the best shampoo and rinse of my life. I feel so relaxed and at ease. Jeanette gave me the best haircut and blow dry of my life. The customer service was excellent and I couldn’t recommend this place anymore to anyone! Please go there they are the best in the business. My first time booking a hair appointment with Mason and his team, and I could not recommend them enough! The environment was warm, welcoming, and friendly. I had a video saved of the haircut and styling I was looking to get. However, Mason described exactly what I wanted before I could even show him the video and the result was x10 nicer! The best part is, that the next day I had strangers at the shopping centre compliment me on my hair!!! That’s how you know you got a 10/10 haircut from a talented, passionate and professional hairstylist! ❤️

I cannot say enough amazing things about Mason James Hair. From start to finish, this was hands down one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. I accidentally booked the wrong service online, and despite being fully booked, the team went above and beyond to make it work for me without hesitation. That level of care alone says everything. I’m 8 months pregnant, and the kindness I was shown was honestly so touching. Every single staff member checked in to make sure I was comfortable, asked if I needed anything, and made me feel genuinely cared for and welcome. The energy in the salon is so warm, positive, and uplifting—it’s truly such a lovely team to be around. And the hair… absolutely incredible. I walked out feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy.
